A working proof-of-concept implementation of cryptographically verifiable threat intelligence fusion. Built from the patent specification for decentralized, hardware-attested multi-source intelligence.
INTELBIRD implements the core architecture from patent application 64/069,823. The demo shows how threat data from multiple independent sources — sensors, human intelligence, open-source signals, signals intelligence — can be fused into a single, tamper-evident operational picture.
Every data contribution carries a hardware-bound zero-knowledge proof of provenance. Every fusion step produces a verifiable reasoning trail. No analyst, no operator, and no adversary can silently corrupt or suppress the output.
The system uses Dempster-Shafer belief updating for confidence scoring, Byzantine fault-tolerant consensus across distributed nodes, and distributed ledger attestation for audit. The result is an intelligence picture that's not just actionable — it's cryptographically defensible.
Six core capabilities demonstrated in the working prototype. Each maps directly to claims in the pending patent application.
Ingests threat data from heterogeneous sources and runs repeatable correlation pipelines. Source weights are configurable; the pipeline is auditable end-to-end.
Resolves entities (people, networks, vessels, infrastructure) across sources with probabilistic confidence scores. Analysts can override; the override is logged and attributed.
Reveals hidden criminal, commercial, and state-linked associations across data sources. Graph-based relationships surface non-obvious connections that siloed analysis misses.
Continuous behavioral pattern monitoring with configurable alert thresholds. Alerts include the cryptographic reasoning chain — not just the conclusion, but the verifiable evidence path.
Each fusion output includes zero-knowledge proofs of provenance. Recipients can verify that the intelligence derives from attested hardware sources without learning the sources themselves.
Belief-updating reputation scoring propagates confidence and uncertainty through the entity graph. Unlike simple scoring, D-S handles conflicting evidence and incomplete information correctly.
Most threat intelligence platforms produce outputs you have to trust on faith. INTELBIRD produces outputs you can prove.
The INTELBIRD demo is live. It demonstrates the core patent concepts: multi-source ingestion, entity resolution, graph-based association mapping, and verifiable output generation. The prototype is functional — not a mockup, not a slide deck.
The demo runs the actual fusion pipeline. You can explore entity networks, trigger alerts, and inspect the confidence scores and attribution chains. It's the patent spec, running.
